Three Weeks Changes Everything

Three Weeks Changes Everything

Yes Reader, I missed last week's newsletter. Training. Planning. Big meetings. Even bigger decisions.

All done now.

It's been an absolute roller coaster. The kind where reality pushes and pulls me forward at the same time. Scary and exciting in equal measure. But making those decisions - big fucking decisions - has allowed me the freedom to think freely and creatively again. That freedom is worth more than anything else.

About the ask I'd been avoiding.

I couldn't have imagined the response. Seriously. Not just the financial support, though that's been unreal. But the messages. People reaching out. Saying they've been following. That they believe. That they care. That's been next level.

I've had many moments during the last two weeks where I just sit back and the emotions - gratitude, disbelief, something I can't even name - have been almost overwhelming. Actually, they have been overwhelming.

Since two weeks ago, I've been able to hit the deposit. It's paid. Now working on logistics and the second full payment. The project is still open, and I cannot thank people enough for their involvement. If you missed what this is about, you can click on the image below to get involved, share with someone or simply find out more.

I have a little time, but the foot stays on the pedal.

Oh also, it would be really fucking great if Donald Trump could stop trying to buy Greenland like it's a golf course he can slap his name on. Some of us are actually trying to cross it and experience it the way it's meant to be. And there are people who live there who don't give a shit about your colonial ideology, your real estate fantasies, or your ego. Leave the ice alone and sort out your own mess first. #JustSaying

Training has been phenomenal. Consistency. In training. Nutrition. Peptides and supplements. Everything's clicking. But with everything that's opened up in the last two weeks, it's almost like there are too many ideas I want to execute. To share. Too many directions I want to move.

I have to slow down. One thing at a time.

Oh and yes I know, this was supposed to be on Substack already. Unfortunately, I had to reassess certain things in real time.

The change is coming.

It's exciting.

And I believe worth waiting for.

And that's it for this week.

One thing I've been reminded of lately: the value of consistency in anything is amazing, and I can't recommend it hard enough.

If you have big decisions you've been sitting on for a while, just make them. I promise you it changes everything.

You can follow more of the journey on my Instagram, where I'll be sharing training and prep updates as well as valuable content around mindset and performance.

As always, if you would like to connect, please reach out.

If you know someone who needs to hear that decisions create freedom, forward this to them.

Keep moving forward.

And as always, don't forget to be awesome.

The Ask I've Been Avoiding Early this morning I received the final email with all the details. Costs. Permits. The full picture of what it takes to make this real. After a very serious and heavy dose of anxiety, I started moving. The same anxiety I felt the first time I got on the ice two years ago. All the negative thoughts came up. You can't do this. Who do you think you are? But eventually, you have to start moving. So I got the donation form up and running. Wrote this email. Because...

2026 Reader, I'm not going to tell you to crush your goals or optimize your life or become the best version of yourself. That's noise. Here's what I actually want for you... I hope you fuck up spectacularly this year. I hope you try something that scares you and it doesn't go the way you planned. I hope you take a swing at something hard and miss completely, because at least you swung. I hope you say yes to things that don't make sense on paper. I hope you have conversations that make you...

I hope your Christmas is quiet when you need it to be, loud when you want it to be, and full of the things that make it yours. May you find moments that matter, people who get you, and peace in between the chaos. If we connected this year - through coaching, expeditions, a conversation, or even just these newsletters - thank you. Those moments matter more than you know, and I'm grateful for every one of them. Take care of yourself. Rest if you need it. Be present for what's in front of you....
